How verification works
A rigorous, multi-step screening process ensures only legitimate opportunities make it through.

Employer screened
We check the employer's registration (CAC), website, social presence, and hiring history. Anonymous or unverifiable entities are rejected.

Role validated
The job description is reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and transparency. Vague roles, misleading titles, or missing compensation details are flagged.

Badge assigned
Listings that pass receive a verification level based on depth of checks completed. The badge is visible to every job seeker viewing the listing.

Three levels of verification
Not all checks are equal. Candidates see exactly how deeply each listing was vetted.

Basic Verified
Employer identity confirmed. Role is real, description is coherent, and the application link works.
